How It Works
Step 1
Fill Out a Bar Inquiry
We want all the details of your event! Please be as specific as possible, so we can provide you with the most accurate quote. Fill out the bar inquiry form here (enter hyperlink for the bar inquiry form), or feel free to call or email us.
Step 2
Review Your Custom Quote
Once we receive your inquiry, we will respond with the quote for your event. This will go over all of the pricing details and what will come with each package.
Step 3
Invoice, Contract, and Deposit
If you decide to move forward with our services, we will send over your invoice and contract, which will be signed electronically. Once the contract is signed, the deposit of 50% of your total invoice is required to reserve your date.
Step 4
Pre-Consultation Questionnaire
60 days prior to your event, we will send over a questionnaire to confirm all of the details of your event. This will be used for the final consultation and tasting.
Step 5
Final Consultation and Tasting
We will schedule a final consultation and tasting to settle all of the details and the bar menu. The next two steps below will also be done during the final consultation!
Step 6
Apply For One Day ABC License
A one day ABC liquor license is required by the clients. This will have to be displayed in the camper bar for the duration of your event.
Step 7
Order Your Alcohol
We will order all of the beer, wine, and liquor together through ABC’s online ordering. Due to ABC laws, all of the alcohol has to be delivered to the venue by you, as well as leave with you at the end of the event if there are leftovers.
Step 8
Party Time!
We will arrive one hour prior to the start of your event to set up and stock the bar.
